This policy applies to all products and services, including:

Digital real estate guides, e-books, and downloadable content
AI marketing tools and chatbot setup services
Listing promotions and paid advertising campaigns
Real estate marketing retainers or consultation services

2. Non-Refundable Items

Refunds are not available for services or products that have already been fulfilled or accessed digitally, including:

Completed marketing campaigns or listings posted
IDX or MLS integration fees
Third-party software or advertising expenses
Digital downloads, PDFs, or one-time consultations

3. Cancellation Policy

Clients may cancel ongoing retainers or recurring services with written notice at least 7 business days prior to the next billing date. Any prepaid services for future months may be eligible for partial refunds at our discretion.
